NB: If you read on without answering the questions you will not now get a true reflection of your true answers to the questions above and I would encourage you to think about where else do you skip stages, ignore well intended instruction and how is that getting you the results you want in life?

Doing this exercise will show you firstly what you think you want and secondly, what’s actually going on in your mind and how your daily habits and thoughts are either leading you towards that goal/dream, or away from it.
Once you know this – you can start doing something about it, if need be.

Look at your answers above and see if What are you thinking about on a daily basis? Are you thinking how easy it is for you to make money or how each day is such a struggle, for example. Is what you are spending your money on leading you closer to your dreams? Are your investment habits a positive step to what you say you want? Do you spend your time in ways that benefit your life balance?

Look at your answers and take a look at what your inner values are, perhaps they are just what you think they would be and perhaps they are not, maybe they are conflicting to what you think you want.

For instance, suppose one of your dreams to become financially free by the age of 40. If you are spending your time on learning about making money, completing money making tasks and networking with influential people within your field – your inner values are likely to be aligned with your outer wants. If however, you have the same dream and your top three ways to spend your time are watching soaps, playing computer games and shopping for new ‘label’ clothes – I would suggest that your inner values are not aligned to your outer wants as none of those activities suggest any ways to make money or build financial rewards. This is not a judgement on how you use your time that’s completely up to you, this exercise is to merely highlight what you are doing on a habitual and daily basis.

There is a worldwide belief that ‘what you think about you bring about’ or in other words ‘what you perceive you can achieve’ or even ‘you are what you think’.

Please look at your answers closely, are they going to get you what you want in life? If yes – great! If no – that’s ok too as it’s better to know, then your answers and your thinking, can be easily changed.

I would also suggest that you to look at your dreams and goals, are they really yours? Do they make you feel light and smiley when you just think about them coming true? D they make your heart sing?

If your dreams do not make you feel light, floaty and a little bit scared then if it were me I would go back and really think about if they are what I really do want or are they what others want or expect for me?

It is really important to have dreams that you want-so if you find that you do not really align with the dreams you have previously written then ask the question again and get a true indication of what you do want in life.

Next look at the canadian viagra generic other answers and see if what you are doing and thinking on a daily basis are in alignment with those dreams and goals and if not, take note and decide on what is going to change to make your dreams come true.

This exercise is about awareness – once you know what’s going on you can do something about it.

If it turns out that your thoughts and actions are absolutely on path for you to be able to get your dreams, great job, carry on doing what you are doing.

If however, you find that your daily thoughts and actions are not going to get you what you want in life, then that’s great too, now you can decide to do things differently, change your focus, take different actions and focus on what you do want, not what you don’t want!
